The staff pampered me from start to finish — brows done, hair trimmed and conditioned, and they used amazing handmade products created by the owner herself. My hair has never felt better! I also received a custom wig made just for me, named “Nessie’s Weave,” and I am completely in love with it. The quality and care put into it are unmatched. The owner is incredibly kind, talented, and made my birthday so special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine care, and high-quality hair products. I’m so lucky I stopped by Othentic Luxury Hair LLC. The two ladies I worked with, @auntiejhaniya and Onicka Johnson, were so kind, patient, and really took their time with my hair. I usually have to plan weeks in advance, especially if I want a wig install, but they were able to do everything the same day and had me out within a few hours. They also offer lashes, brows, natural hair services, and pretty much everything else. What I really loved is that they understand hair. A lot of times I feel like I’m just getting my hair styled without anyone actually thinking about what’s best for it, but I truly felt cared for here. She even has wigs available on site, and I honestly recommend her services all around. Everyone there was so sweet and welcoming. This place is a real gem.

I have been getting my hair done by Othentic Luxury hair for years. From braids to weaves or wigs Oneika does it all. I now have locks but she curls my locks for me whenever i have a special occasion. Her services have now been extended to my daughter’s hair. She can catch any hair for braiding. I definitely recommend this business. If you are in Harlem and need your hair done don’t hesitate to stop by!

My experience here was beautiful. I called before hand to see if it was open, and she accepted me with open arms. The was and detangle process was no pain at all. I booked a wash and silk press set. No burning at all! I would definitely recommend coming here all the time. It is open 24 hours by appointment. Please come!

Last week I went to Othentic for the first time. I am so glad I went. My hair was styled by Brian, a true artist with hair! He was very patient and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Onicka and the other stylists were also warm and welcoming people. As a matter of fact even the other customers were nice, resulting in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to having my hair done here from now on.
